Welcome to Blessed Tax and Financial Services LLC ("Blessed Tax," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Blessed Tax website and all services provided by us, including tax preparation and Service Bureau offerings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Tax Preparation Services

We agree to prepare your tax returns based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to us. We will exercise due diligence in preparing your returns but rely on your representations. We are not responsible for any penalties or interest resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3. Service Bureau Partnership

Our Service Bureau provides tax software access, EFIN/PTIN assistance, and training. Partners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own compliance, client relationships, and adherence to all federal, state, and local laws, including IRS Due Diligence requirements. Blessed Tax provides support but does not assume liability for the actions or inactions of its Service Bureau partners.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in our engagement letter or Service Bureau agreement. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blessed Tax and Financial Services LLC, its owner, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [State of Operation], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
