From Side Hustle to Professional Firm: 16 Years of Dedication

My name is Velisha Evans, and for 16 years, preparing taxes was my passion project—my way of helping friends, family, and my community navigate the often-confusing world of the IRS. I've been through the struggle, and I know the peace that comes with having your finances in order. That side hustle, which grew organically through word-of-mouth, served hundreds of loyal clients annually.

Recognizing the need to scale and provide an even higher level of service and security, I formally launched Blessed Tax and Financial Services LLC in August 2025. We are now fully equipped with a robust legal and technological structure, including our own EFIN, PTIN, and professional software. This journey is a testament to my faith and the belief that everyone deserves honest, expert financial guidance.
